Hispanic Christmas Project
Students in grades 5-8 will research different Christmas customs and traditions from Spanish-speaking nations. Learn about how they refer to Santa Claus, what the traditional holiday food is and whether they hang stockings by the chimney and other customs leading up to Christmas. Students may present their report in any format (ex: a poem, song, powerpoint, diarama, public service announcement, game show, cooking show, glog, etc) Include whether or not you would enjoy spending a Christmas with these traditions, instead of their own. All projects will be presented orally in class December 20th.
Please use the following link to view how students will be graded.
